KWA provides the necessary services related to implementing the demonstration grant designed to provide Education, Consultation, and other Support Services to Ethnic Minority people, and their families, who have Alzheimer's' disease or related Dementia's. • Alzheimer's Disease Education/Training
• Free In-Home Diagnosis (U. W. Alzheimer's Disease Research Center Medical Team)
• In-Home Caregiver Counseling
• Case Management
