Low-Income Housing Program
Pacific Villa is a low income senior housing establishment that offers comfortable, safe, and convenient units for the low income seniors over the age of 62. It is located next to the Korean Women's Association Community Services Center and managed by KWA. The building contains 25 one bedroom apartments and is currently occupied by 39 residents.
Eligibility requirements: seniors age 62 and older and very low income legal status. Renters pay 30% of their monthly income for rent and utilities.

The Orchard Project in Roy, Washington. Applicants must currently earn 60% or less of Pierce County’s annual median income level. For example, a family of five would have an annual income of $40,260 or less to qualify.
